Overview

NAEA is committed to supporting and empowering enrolled agents, which means that we  must remain forward thinking as we continue to monitor and adapt to the needs and wants of our members and future members. This summer, we conducted a survey to learn more about what members value, what they want, and what we are missing. This confidential survey included responses from both non-members and member enrolled agents to help us understand your professional needs, your anticipated future challenges within the profession, and your perceptions of NAEA.  

Although it was well‐understood at the beginning of the project that participation would be much lower among individuals who have chosen to drop their membership or  have never joined NAEA, these segments of the Enrolled Agent community are essential to understand as a part of this survey.  We appreciate the participation of everyone who took the time to help us assess your needs.
