How to access materials?

How do I access my certificates to print?

Completed certificates will be emailed out to registrants after completion. They can also be accessed from your account page in the learning portal. Follow the instructions posted above on the Learning Resources and Tips page. 

What are the requirements to receive CE for live vs on demand viewing?

In order to receive CE for the live courses, you must answer 3 out of 4 polling questions per hour and fill out the survey after the class. In order to receive CE for classes viewed on-demand you must view the entire video, take an assessment, and complete the survey.

How to access zoom on day of the event?

You will receive emails from the Learning Portal with links to “join” the event from the learning portal. The join button will appear 30 minutes prior to the start of the live event. 

How do I access the on-demand sessions?

All classes will be available on-demand after the Live Webinar program is over. You do not have to purchase again. They will be added in the same place as the live classes. There is an assessment that must be completed for each on-demand session in order to receive the CE. 

Approved CE Providers

NAEA is registered with the following organizations to offer continuing education credit (CE). This course qualifies for IRS and CTEC continuing education hours. NAEA reports IRS CE on a monthly basis. If you have not received your CE Hours in your IRS PTIN account by the end of the month after receiving the certificate, please contact NAEA at education@naea.org.
