The attendee will be familiarized with Form 1120-S and the related forms and schedules specific to the 1120-S. Attention will be paid to the mechanical aspects of the form and how to answer the questions asked on the form. In addition, how to prepare a balance sheet will be demonstrated, with a discussion about when the balance sheet is required, and why it should be prepared regardless of the requirements.
