Leadership at NAEA is multi-dimensional and multi-faceted. Knowing about leadership not only involves what to do in formal positions of leadership but also how to informally enrich and build up our community of enrolled agents, of tax experts. In this discussion and sharing, you will be asked to participate, along with the five authors of the white paper “Leadership Development at NAEA,” in a rich and intimate look at what is meant by leadership in our association. This session is open to and relevant to all members of NAEA.
