In accordance with the National Association of Enrolled Agents’ strategic plan, NAEA and its members are working together to advocate effectively for the interests of taxpayers in general and EAs in specific.  To achieve this goal, NAEA members and staff participate in a variety of activities, including participation on various IRS panels, commissions, or meetings; legislative advocacy at the Senate and House levels; and, grassroots activities.  In addition, NAEA is in regular dialogue with IRS to ensure that the tax code is well administered and reasonably enforced.
